Recipe:
2 strawberries
2 raspberries
1 blackberry
3 mint leaves
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce Seedlip Grove
1 ounce Seedlip Garden
1 ounce brewed hibiscus tea
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 1/2 ounces ginger beer
Garnish: mint sprig and powdered sugar
1.In a shaker, muddle fruit and mint leaves with simple syrup.
2.Add remaining ingredients to the shaker and fill with ice.
3.Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh pebble ice.
4.Top with ginger beer.
5.Garnish with a mint sprig and powdered sugar.

Australian Bramble
In Australia it is very well known for its taste, fresh and fruity. Tanqueray Gin is paired with Lemon and laced with Blackberry Liqueur in this modern classic cocktail.
Recipe
45 ml Tanqueray London Dry
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Creme de Mure
1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)
1 Blackberry (Garnish)
Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Creme de Mure, with Ice.
Strain into a Crushed Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Drizzle over the Creme de Mure.
Garnish with a Blackberry and a Lemon Wedge.

It’s strong but sweet, rich, smooth, and utterly delicious. It's pretty much like your after-dinner coffee, liqueur, and dessert all in one.
Recipe
5cl vodka
1cl sugar syrup
1cl coffee liquor
1 cup of espresso
1.pour 1 tbsp into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice, Absolut Vodka, espresso and Kahlúa.
2.Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold.
3.Strain into chilled glasses.
4.Garnish each one with coffee beans if you like.
